Sit in your car for 30 seconds and close yours eyes. Now meditate and pray for a clear mind and leave all you emotions and felling in the car. Now when you come into class, stay in that state of mind and relax. As it gets harder to focus and keep your mind clear, think about your breath and your true intention of our practice. Watch as the week goes on and notice the changes that happen. Not just on the mat, but at work and at home. It really works. As we keep practicing it will get easier and easier.

Turbo Jamz will make you sweat and beg for more! We combine Hip Hop Aerobic, Fitness Kickboxing and Yoga to get a complete full body workout. Be ready to work hard and shake your hips. It will be fun! Class is 45 minutes long. Wear comfortable cloths and have water available.
