What is Vinyasa?
 
Practicing yoga postures while allowing your breath to lead the way. The form, movement and breath are integrated into an art known as Vinyasa. When praticing keep your mind clear. Usin your breath will lead you into each pose gracfully. Breathing is one of the most imporant parts of exercise to learn. Not only in class but through everyday life.
 

Following the breathing is always quite challenging as the mind has a tendency to jump ahead. Patience and tranquility allow insight and unity with breath, this allows us to flow through vinyasa yoga sequences and be light with the body.

 

 

Awakening Yoga and Namaste Yoga 

are classes that are more peaceful, flowing practices. In these classes we practice lots of salutaions that will warn the spine. Awakening Yoga will leave you relaxed, but energized. Namaste yoga will leave you relaxed and ready to snuggle in bed.

 

Gentle Yoga is a simple yoga practice. You use basic yoga movements for everyday healthy living. Learn how to move in and out of positions, correct your body alignment, gain flexibility and control your breathing to help reduce stress out of everyday life.

 

 

 

Flowing Yoga teaches teaches you to move in and out of each pose smoothly while learning to control your breath. Everyone will benefit from this class.   

When practicing on your own mediatae and let your body and breath tell you what pose to do next. Listening is very hard, but once you can learn how to listen to your body not only does exercise get easier and more benefical, but so does life. Sculpting Yoga – This class will strengthen your muscles while testing your discipline. In Sculpting yoga you will burn fat, increase strength, gain flexibility, but most of all strengthen your mind, this class is for all levels. 

Cardio Asana – Get all the benefits of a regular Yoga class while increasing your heart rate. You will move in and out of your positions at a steady pace that will aid in the release of bad toxins throughout your body. At the end of every class we will learn how to practice relaxation poses.
