Sculpting Yoga – This class will strengthen your muscles while testing your discipline. In Sculpting yoga you will burn fat, increase strength, gain flexibility, but most of all strengthen your mind, this class is for all levels.
Cardio Asana – Get all the benefits of a regular Yoga class while increasing your heart rate. You will move in and out of your positions at a steady pace that will aid in the release of bad toxins throughout your body. At the end of every class we will learn how to practice relaxation poses.
